Passage No. 3 (Walking For Ten Minutes Between One Lane and Another), 2010

The rouge pedestrian. Surpassing barriers that are physical, ethereal, movable, fixed, all-encompassing, specific, spiritual, philosophical, intuitional and language-based all at once. Accessing a moral grey zone where the actions performed—however provocative and perhaps endangering ones personal health—are protected by their small scope, grey mist and wooden, horse-like shape. Two poles (left/right, legal/illegal, playful/serious, safe/ dangerous, fast/slow etc.) and the structures in between which are collapsing. Giving room for a new synthesis of the previous dichotomies (a playful-serious walking where left-right is the only direction, the velocity is fast-slow and ones health always safe-endangered).

Black and white HD video with sound (36 seconds) and interlude/countdown with sound 3 minutes 30 seconds (looped).
